Kat Wille joined the Galapagos team in 2026. She is a marketing and communications professional with a bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Communications from Grand Valley State University. Since 2017, she has built her career primarily in the nonprofit and not-for-profit sector, bringing mission-driven stories to life through thoughtful, strategic digital marketing.

Her experience spans multiple industries, where she has led and supported content creation, website management, email marketing, and broader digital marketing initiatives. Kat has a particular passion for using data and visual storytelling to create clear, engaging communications that connect with audiences and support organizational goals.

Kat enjoys spending time in nature with her friends hiking, backpacking, and birdwatching. When it’s too cold to enjoy the outdoors, she likes reading, knitting, indoor rock climbing, and going to the movies.
